It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas as Asda launches their 60-second teaser trailer, starring Christmas Crooner Michael Bublé.

This year Asda did not waste any time after the Halloween season, racing to bring festivities to our screens as soon as it was over. The teaser premiered on ITV at 9:40am on 1st November during Good Morning Britain, with the full 90-second advert set to air on 4th November. We certainly cannot wait.

In the ad we see Asda colleagues on a work break, disturbed by a distant gargling sound. Journeying through their festive warehouse, they reach a door marked ‘MB inside. Do not open till 1.11.23’.

As the door swings open we are welcomed with the face everyone wants to see at Christmas, Michael Bublé, singing the opening line from the classic ‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas’.

Talking to the camera, Bublé asks, “Shall we?” with the intriguing words “to be continued” popping up on screen as he exits. But what festive surprises does Asda and Bublé have in store for us this Christmas? We sure will be keeping our eyes peeled on November 4th.

David Hills, Asda’s chief customer officer, said:

At Asda, we absolutely love Christmas, and this year we’re once again on a mission to bring that warm, festive feeling to households across the UK.

Today, we’re putting the speculation to rest and confirming that the legend that is Michael Bublé is partnering with us this Christmas to put on a show-stopping performance.

With Bublé’s undeniable ability to spread seasonal smiles and our commitment to quality, at great value, we’re a match made in heaven, proving Asda is a one-stop-shop for families seeking magic this Christmas.
